Collectors

Collectors are Longswipe users authorized to redeem vouchers on behalf of merchants. Redeemed voucher amounts are credited directly to the merchant’s account.

Step 1: Add Collector Currencies​

💡 Note: Collector currencies are the currencies collectors can redeem vouchers into.

  1. Click on Collectors in the sidebar.

  1. Click the Add Redemption Currencies button at the top-right.
  2. Select the currency to allow for redemption.
  3. Click Set Currency to apply.

Step 2: Add a Collector​

  1. Click the Add Collector button at the top-right of the collector page.
  2. Enter the collector's email in the search input.
  3. Click Add Collector to assign access.
